The Android phone is able to take contact lists from different accounts: Gmail, WhatsApp, Exchange, etc and make them available to all applications that uses contacts phone number, email, etc. If I configure Exchange on the built-in mail app, my Exchange Contact list would automatically be in the phone's Contact list. However, I am unable to configure Exchange on the built-in stock email app because of the need for a mysterious client certificate see. So I went to install the Outlook app which I thought was neat and moreover it's from Microsoft. However, this app does not seem to behave like other apps with contact lists.
